Copyright Policy

iptvintheuk respects intellectual property rights and complies with the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, as well as the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for content and rights holders based internationally. We respond promptly to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown notice via our Telegram support bot. Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement of accuracy made under penalty of perjury (or, for UK complainants, a statement of truth), and your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification via our Telegram support. Counter-notifications must include the same elements as a copyright notice plus your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or, for US rights holders, the applicable federal district court).

Repeat Infringers

iptvintheuk will terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
