iptvintheuk offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund: your request must be submitted within 7 days of your subscription activation date. Refunds are available for first-time subscribers only. Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (including account sharing beyond your plan limits) are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team via Telegram. Provide your account username and the reason for your refund request. Our team will process eligible refund requests within 3-5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are returned via the original payment method, in GBP (£). Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency at the rate at time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued after the 7-day period has expired. Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds. Reseller credits are non-refundable once used to create subscriptions.

Our 24-hour free trial requires no payment, so no refund is applicable. The free trial is provided so you can verify service quality before making any payment. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
