By accessing or using iptvintheuk's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, subscribers, and resellers.

2. Service Description

iptvintheuk provides internet-based television streaming services (IPTV) including live channels, video-on-demand, and catch-up TV. Service availability and channel lineups may change without prior notice. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your subscription with anyone outside your household or beyond the number of licensed device connections in your plan. Sharing accounts may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is due in full before service activation. We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) and Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Subscriptions are non-recurring. There are no automatic renewals.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service for commercial redistribution, public display, or any purpose other than personal residential entertainment without a reseller agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

iptvintheuk and its content providers retain all intellectual property rights. You may not record, download, redistribute, or make available any streaming content without explicit written permission from the relevant rights holders.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. iptvintheuk does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the content of any channels or third-party content accessible through our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

iptvintheuk's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms without notice or refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time, though no refunds will be issued for unused portions unless covered by our refund policy.

10. Changes to Terms

iptvintheuk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via Telegram when possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence within the UK.
